At Auriqento S.A.S. (hereinafter, "Auriqento", "we" or "the Platform"), we are committed to protecting the privacy of those who use our services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you interact with our real estate crowdlending platform.

2. Data we collect
We collect the following types of information: (a) Data provided directly: full name, email address, and the content of messages you send us through our contact forms. (b) Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, and other analytical data collected through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent. (c) Technical data: device information, language settings, and time zone.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your personal data to: respond to your inquiries and information requests; improve the platform's functionality and browsing experience; conduct statistical analyses on site usage; comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina; and, with your prior consent, send you communications about news, projects, and investment opportunities.
4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on: your express consent (Article 5 of Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection); Auriqento's legitimate interest in improving its services; and compliance with legal obligations before Argentine regulatory bodies.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes, unless current regulations require a longer period. Data collected through contact forms is retained for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction. Anonymized analytical data may be retained for longer periods.
6. Your rights
In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data; request its rectification or update; request its deletion; object to the processing of your data. 7. Data transfers
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties outside Argentina, except in cases strictly necessary for the platform's operation and provided that the recipient country guarantees an adequate level of protection according to the standards of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and periodic security audits.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any substantial changes will be communicated through the platform. We recommend that you periodically review this document.
